They were above and beyond my expectation. I have made these by hand myself several time but found myself in a pinch and needed these at the last minute. They communicated with me both via text and email immediately and assured me they could turn 90 of these around and ship them to arrive by by deadline. I was skeptical and very worried they were just telling me what I wanted to hear to get the order and worried that when they arrived they would be tacky and poor quality. Nothing could have been further than the truth. They kindly communicated with me when I would check in for an update and sent all the shells exactly as they said they would and I received them on time. They were beautifully hand painted shells and they were a lovely touch at my daughters wedding!
